Sydney Eastern Suburbs with some of the most expensive real estate in Australia has always been a very sought after place to live. Great beaches, good schools, good restaurants, good night life, and most importantly it is both close to the city and the sea.

The Eastern Suburbs offers the best of both worlds by being so close to Sydney's popular beaches and the city. Property prices are kept high in this small slither of real estate as there is very little vacant land to build on… plus, it is so conveniently located between the sea and the city. This region of the city has an efficient bus system, but is lacking in a good train network. In many suburbs, off street parking is a must.

The Sydney Eastern Suburbs offers both low maintenance high density apartment lifestyles as well as traditional lower density homes. Those looking for a faster lifestyle will find the Eastern Suburbs a vibrant part of Sydney.
